Refund Policy

Full refund within 7 days

If a technical issue on our side prevented you from hosting your quiz, we will refund your pass in full if you contact us within 7 days of purchase. No hassle, no interrogation.

Annual subscription cancellations

If you cancel a Pro Annual subscription, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds for unused time, unless required by law. If you believe your case is exceptional, email us and we will review it.

How to request a refund

Email hi@hoot5.com with your account email and a brief description of what went wrong. We typically process approved refunds within 3–5 business days. The money will appear on your original payment method.

Non-refundable scenarios

We cannot refund passes that were fully used to host a successful game, or refunds requested more than 7 days after purchase without a documented technical failure. Chargebacks filed before contacting us may result in account suspension.
