What's the player limit?

Free tier supports up to 20 players per game. Paid passes support up to 500.

How many quizzes can I save?

The free tier lets you keep 5 quizzes. Paid passes raise that to 50.

Can I run two rooms at once?

Free tier allows 1 concurrent game. Paid passes allow up to 5.

How do I get a refund?

If anything technical went wrong, email us within 7 days and we'll refund. Real humans read every email.

My TV display is cropping the buttons.

Set your TV to "Just Scan" or "Screen Fit" mode instead of 16:9. That removes overscan cropping.

Can I run a quiz over Zoom or Meet?

Yes. Share your host screen and have players join from their phones. It works great.

How do I reuse a quiz from last year?
→
Open the quiz in your dashboard, click "Duplicate", and edit the copy. The original stays untouched.

Why does the leaderboard look stuck?
→
Refresh the host screen. Player answers are still being collected — the display just needs a reload.
